Air ticket refund and change
All terms and fines in case of flight refusal, refund or changes in the air ticket are determined by the tariff for the ticket purchased. You can learn them and choose the most appropriate ones before You purchase a ticket, specifying them in the operator of the Customer Support Centre. In general, usually: the cheaper the air ticket is the more restrictions and fines for its refund or exchange it has.
Preparing for air travel
When to arrive
Arrive in advance. Those who arrive earlier may choose a seat in the airplane, which they like. For tall passengers we recommend to choose seats in the front rows of the airplane or in front of emergency exits. There, in front of seats there is more free space.
Fear of flying
Fear keeps us alive, but it also may prevent us from doing that we have long dreamed of. Many people are afraid of air travelling, just like You. But this is not a reason to refuse from travelling. There are a few rules the compliance with which will ease the flight.
Documents required for a flight
To commit even the most insignificant on time and distance flight whilst landing You are required to present a package of documents. For each passenger and direction it is peculiar. In case of lack or expired date of documents a representative of the Airline Company or customs /visa control has the right to disallow a passenger to a flight.
