Flight influence on the human body

  • Thrombophlebitis, thrombosis of deep veins of the legs
  • Pneumonia
  • Acute infectious diseases
  • Exacerbation of asthma
  • Increased intracranial pressure
  • Pulmonary hypertension
  • Undergone surgery less than 2-3 weeks ago
  • Had recently a heart attack or stroke

It is undesirable to go into the flight with the damage of the middle or the inner ear. Also, for those who engage in scuba diving, after one dive it must pass 12 hours before the departure, and after a few ones – not less than 24 hours. In this case, due to pressure bumps, the complications may occur.

There is a list of diseases that make tourists be the most cautious during the air travels:

  • Incoagulability or increased blood coagulability
  • Some cardiovascular diseases
  • Diseases of the respiratory system
  • Diabetes
  • Other chronic diseases of vital organs and systems

With such indications You should consult with a physician before the air travel – to discuss the possible risks and take appropriate measures.

It is not allowed to fly on airplanes after 36 weeks of pregnancy and within 1 week after birth, as well as with children up to 1 month.

The exacerbation during the flight

Some diseases of which the passenger did not know can become evident when travelling by plane. The most dangerous are an increased intracranial pressure, cardio-vascular diseases and diseases of veins of the legs. Here are the symptoms that should alert You:
