Payment for air tickets – instruction on the use of self-service departments
Step I. Start of payment
To begin the paying for air tickets touch the monitor screen
Step II. Select the language
The Russian/Ukrainian and English languages are offered by default. Select the language most comfortable for you
Step III. Card reading
- Insert the card into the reader device
- When the green light turns on – remove the card
- When it red light turns on – insert the card again
Step IV. Payments to companies
- To make a payment, select «Payments» in the drop-down menu
- Then select a payment type «Payments to companies» and the company «AIR LIFE LOGISTIC»
Step V. Enter the details of payment for air tickets
- Name of payer for air tickets
- Purpose of payment /itinerary/
- Reservation number /locator/
- Amount of payment
Step VI. Confirmation of air tickets payment:
- If you really want to pay for tickets, click «YES»
- After successful completion of the operation do not forget to pick up a receipt and a bank card
IMPORTANT!
- Paying tickets through the self-service department you should have the accurate information about the booked ticket: the itinerary, booking number (locator) and the air ticket price
- The amount of payment is generated by the client by adding to the cost of the ticket the bank commission at 0,8% rate of the air ticket cost
